When will PIM Gate Commerce be available?

We are starting with early access for pilot customers. Register your interest and we will contact you about taking part.

Pricing will be set during early access and announced at launch. There is no price list yet.

Does it replace our shop?

No. Your shop stays your shop — Ibexa Commerce, Shopware, Shopify, Adobe Commerce or another system. PIM Gate Commerce is planned as the data layer in front of it.

Does it replace our ERP?

No. SAP or your ERP remains the system for prices, stock and orders. PIM Gate Commerce is planned to read from it and make the data available to the shop.

Which ERP systems will be supported?

SAP is the first planned source. For other ERPs, a custom connector is available today; standard connectors for Dynamics and Oracle are on the roadmap.

We already deliver product data to our shop through PIM Gate. What changes?

The product data connection stays. Commerce data is planned to come through the same API, so your shop gains prices, stock and documents without a second integration.

Will customer-specific prices be secure?

They are planned to be shown only to the account they belong to, using PIM Gate's entitlement model, hosted in Germany (EU) with tenant isolation and an append-only audit log.

The gate is already there. Commerce extends it.

PIM Gate Commerce is planned on the same platform that delivers product data to shops today: a versioned REST API with per-tenant tokens and entitlement filtering, push, pull, signed webhooks and field-level delta sync. If you already feed your shop from PIM Gate, commerce data is planned to arrive through the same connection.
